Jackson Heights will continue to improve when each and every one of us take responsibility for our community by actively reporting any problems we encounter to the appropriate City agency or elected official. This guide should help you in addressing the most common quality of life problems. Please remember that under most circumstances City Agencies only respond to complaints. And as the old adage says, the "squeaky wheel gets the grease!"
